Cajun Chicken Strips

Yield

4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1-1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into 1/2nch strips
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions

In large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add chicken half at a time, shake to coat. In large skillet, cook chicken in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or till juices run clear.
