Caesar Salad Dip

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup croutons
Lemon wedges


Beat cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and dressing with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with lettuce and croutons. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
