Brunch Casserole
We like to have this for Sunday Breakfast.

4-5 servings
Ingredients
5 slices bread, torn in small pieces
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups grated cheese, cheddar or swiss
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Butter or spray 9×13 pan. Layer bread, bacon and cheese. Mix together egg, milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over mixture; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.




I used French bread, pepper jack cheese as well as Swiss and cheddar. Added one chopped red pepper for color. Used Canadian bacon instead of regular bacon.
