I put in bowl this way for years, milk, eggs, A.J. Pancakes mix, oil and just blend. I then add l TAB. of sour cream. this makes them light and fluffy. on grill i put the right amount of batter and after cooking a bit – I add sliced bananas, or blueberries or apples and cook until done.
