1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen berries (raspberry or strawberry)
1-1/2 cup orange juice or soymilk
1/2 cup yogurt, fat-free vanilla
1 tablespoon protein powder (soy or whey)
Place ingredients in Blender jar in order listed. Place cover on blender jar. Press ON. Turn blender on high and process for about 25-30 seconds until smooth. Turn blender off.
