1 clove garlic
1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or up to 1/4 tsp total
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Combine all ingredients except paprika in a food processor, and process until smooth. Stir in additional cayenne if desired. When ready to serve, sprinkle with paprika.
