Berry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
1 large ripe banana
1 1/2 cups chopped mixed berries – fresh or frozen
1 cup fat free vanilla or plain yogurt
.
Instructions
Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten a little if
necessary.
