1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs. Margarine or butter
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. Instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. Roast beef, thinly sliced
4 buns
4 slices cheese
In skillet, cook onion and garlic in margarine. Add ketchup, sugar, lemon juice and bouillon and mustard. Simmer 20 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally. Add beef and heat through. Spoon on buns and top with slice of cheese.
