Banana Nut Bread – Charlotte

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 taespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 blended bananas
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 to 1 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

Stir milk and vinegar together. Mix all remaining ingredients in with milk and vinegar. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
