baked steak

Ingredients

Oven Steak

6 medium sized steaks
2 cans mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix
2 bags baby peeled carrots
1 onion cut in quarters
12 baby potatoes skins on or off if a bit larger cut to bite sized pieces
1 – 1 and 1/2 cup water

Instructions

Place steak on bottom of a roasting pan or other pan with sides…steak can
be on top of one another
Mix onion soup mix and mushroom soup mix together well then cover steak with
it
Put potatoes, onions and carrots on top
Pour water over.
Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 and 1/2 hrs.
You don’t even have to look at it during cook time.
