1/2 small head green cabbage, about 1/2 lb.
1/2 small head red cabbage, about 1/2 lb.
1 medium-size Red Delicious apple
1 Tbs. Cider vinegar
1 Tbs. Salad oil
2 tsp. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Celery seeds
Thinly slice green and red cabbage; discard any tough ribs. Cut apple into 1/2″ chunks. In large bowl, combine cabbage, apple, vinegar, and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
