From “Recipes from God’s Garden”.
3/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup almonds
2 apples
1 cup distilled water
1 cup blueberries
1 cup apple juice
Soak rolled oats and almonds placed in separate bowls in the distilled water overnight and drain. Chop or grind the almonds, chop apples and combine with the almonds, and add the blueberries. Top with a sprinkle of nutmeg, cinnamon and apple juice. No milk required.
