Yield
about 1¼ cups mignonette
Ingredients
2 tablespoons jalapeño pepper, minced
¼ cup shallots, minced
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
½ cup dry white wine
½ cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lemon cut into 8 wedges
Instructions
Combine first six ingredients. Keep cold. Top shucked oysters with a spoonful of sauce and serve with lemon wedges.
