This picture was taken in Galilee, RI on the boat docks in mid afternoon with very cold skies and a temp in the teens. I enhanced the color curves of the picture with Nikon Capture NX2 to give it this surreal effect and to bring out how cold and harsh winter can be.
I decided to hop a stone wall and see what I could find in an old abandoned apple orchard. I was surprised at the colors within.
