No surprise that Penobscot Adventures focuses its activities around its namesake river, offering rafting trips ranging from beginner runs to Class 5 challenges (on a scale of 1 to 6). This family-owned company has been introducing visitors to the Penobscot since 2003, and its employees pride themselves on their ability to cater to any skill level.
