Knowledge is power, and in this season one segment of “Weekends with Yankee” (episode 110), that is certainly the case! We join Richard in Easton, Connecticut, to meet up with James Prosek, the conservationist, artist, and author of a series dedicated to aquatic species. The pair goes fishing in a river packed full of Rainbow Trout, and James shares more about the motivation behind his goal to educate the public, in hopes that it will increase fish conservation efforts.
