Two of New England’s Great Lakes | Photos of Lake Willoughby and Moosehead Lake

Contributing photographer Carl Tremblay captured our July/August 2013 cover beautifully from the air of The Birches owner John Willard’s float plane.  Carl captured many stunning images from cover-worthy Moosehead Lake in Maine and Lake Willoughby in Vermont for our travel feature in this issue that features New England’s great lakes.  The images in this slide show are just a few of our favorites from last year that are so evocative of summer on a lake.
