This recipe was so easy and the muffins came out perfect!
How about adding a teaspoon of grated lemon rind to give a little “zing” to the muffins?
I used standard size cupcake tins and got 24 muffins, perfect size.

Add a bit of nutmeg to this blueberry recipe and it is delicious. Also, more blueberries.
