Tulips were the hot item at the farmers market this weekend.  I couldn’t resist grabbing a gorgeous pink bouquet to spruce up the dining room table.  To compliment my spring-y, bright centerpiece, I decided to craft some napkin rings from pastel colored paint chips.  I loved the final result, and the craft take less than a minute to complete!Instructions: Cut a paint chip sample so it measures about 4″ long, 1.5″ wide.  Secure the ends together using tiny dots of hot glue.  Roll napkin, and place ring around to secure!I hope it’s beginning to feel like Spring where you are…I know that setting our clocks an hour ahead this past weekend sure helped!
