Claudia Butler sells organic spices and chocolates at her adorable shop on Nantucket. Her chocolates are exotic, flavored with ingredients such as green tea, curry, and coconut. Her teas are equally good. Her “Hibiscus Tea” combines flower petals and dried citrus, and for her “Greater Light Tea,” she harvests island-grown lemon verbena, elderflower, and beach-rose petals to produce a tart and floral sipper that’s equally good hot or cold.
