ITALIAN DILLS Grillo’s Pickles Boston, Massachusetts In 2008, Travis Grillo decided that there might be a future in his family’s 100-year-old pickle recipe, so he began selling his “Italian Dills” (made with extra garlic) out of his car, then from a customized cart on Boston Common. Now his product is in stores around New England, a tribute to the product’s terrific snap and freshness.
