Maple-Sage Dry-Brined Turkey

I usually use a wet brine for my turkey, but liked the combination of ingredients so decided to give it a try. Soooo good! The turkey was moist and flavorful. The gravy was fantastic (although I left out the rum). Will absolutely use again.
I made our turkey using this recipe last year and it was so moist and tender. Will use it again this year.
