Cream-Cheese Honey Glaze

Frosts 1 9-inch cakeIngredients
4 ounces cream cheese
1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with the orange juice. Gradually beat in 2 to 3 tablespoons honey (or to taste). Blend in the orange peel.
