In this segment, Amy visits the different time periods exhibits with archaeologist Alexandra Martin. Then, she meets up with historical interpreters and hearth-cooking experts Lynne Putney and Nancy Wason. Together, they make a traditional pie and sweet, cinnamon-raisin Chelsea buns.
