We get to see and taste history in this season 7 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 708). Amy is at the Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to learn about the history of the region. In this segment, Amy visits the different time periods exhibits with archaeologist Alexandra Martin. Then, she meets up with historical interpreters and hearth-cooking experts Lynne Putney and Nancy Wason. Together, they make a traditional pie and sweet, cinnamon-raisin Chelsea buns.
