Meet Jordan Benissan, a man of many talents in this season 7 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 703). Amy is in Rockport Harbor, Maine, to meet Jordan at his restaurant, Mé Lon Togo (I love Togo). Besides being a chef, Jordan is a professional musician from the West African country of Togo and teaches percussion at Colby College. In this segment, Jordan details the inspiration for his restaurant and teaches Amy how to make peanut chicken stew. To top it off, she listens to beautiful music played by Jordan and friends.
