Richard is in for an adventure in this season 6 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 605). He’s in Freeport, Maine to meet registered Maine guide Kristen Roos. Kristen works for the L.L Bean outdoors school and today, her star pupil is Richard. In this segment, Richard learns about the lengthy process of becoming a guide before righting a flipped canoe and making a mean blueberry cobbler over a fire.
