In this season 6 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 604), we are in Manchester, New Hampshire, to tour two houses built by the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, currently owned and maintained by the Currier Museum of Art. Frank is associated with Usonian Architecture, a concept focused on providing beautiful but understated homes, blended seamlessly with nature. In this segment, we talk to Ann Bibble of the Currier to learn more about the history of the homes and Frank’s architectural intent. While built as residencies, these houses are works of art in their own right.
