Culture is always evolving, and this season 6 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 604) is a prime example of that. Amy is in Boston, Massachusetts, to meet Café Sauvage owners Anais and Antoine Lambert. Being from Paris, the pair wanted to bring a taste of modern France to Boston. Their cafe combines French cuisine with West African flavors, a reflection of the couple’s background as well as the contemporary food scene in Paris. In this segment, Amy meets the couple and enjoys some delicious plates at their café. Over tasty food, she learns more about their background and dreams for their business.
