Known for its great dining and shopping, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is also the jumping-off point for a perfect summer day-trip to the Isles of Shoals, a group of small islands and tidal ledges located seven miles off the coast. In a season 3 episode of Weekends with Yankee, we visited Star Island, the most visited of the nine islands.
