Nature is your grocery store in this season 2 segment of “Weekends with Yankee” (episode 10). Amy is at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire, for a delicious day of campfire cooking with Boston chef (and longtime Lake Winni visitor) Brendan Pelley. The pair set off into the woods to gather mushrooms, sumac, and various other plants, and back at the camp, they make a delicious meal from their foraged ingredients and rainbow trout. After this segment, you’ll never look at campfire food the same again.
