These old sails have caught new wind. In this season 6 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 603), Richard is in Portland, Maine, to visit Sea Bags, a company transforming old sails into adorable beach totes. In this segment, Richard wanders through piles of old sails in the Sea Bag’s warehouse with Sean Powers and watches the construction of the popular totes with Sea Bags president Beth Greenlaw.
