Rules for Photo Contest
- Submit your best digital shots of Winter between December 20, 2011, at 10:00 am US Eastern Time and February 29, 2012, at 4:00 pm US Eastern Time for a chance to win Yankee‘s 2012 Best Winter Photo Contest. Photo subject is not restricted to landscapes, but all shots entered must be taken in one of the six New England states between December 20, 2011, and February 29, 2012, to be entered into the contest and eligible to win. Please note that photographs taken outside of New England will will be moved to another category and are not eligible to win.
- We can accept photos up to 10MB in size, but no larger than 2100 pixels high by 2100 pixels wide in dimension. You can submit GIF, JPEG, PNG, or BMP files. Please save a high resolution version of the photograph.
- In March our photo judges will select a winner and the winning photo will be published on the Web and in the January/February 2013 issue of Yankee Magazine. It could be yours!
- Finalists must be able to provide Yankee with a hi-res version of their photograph.
- Be sure to select the category Winter Photo Contest 2012 when you submit your photo. Photos submitted to the wrong category will not be eligible to win.
- You may submit as many photos as you wish, but please do not submit the same images more than once.
- Employees of Yankee Magazine, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers or retailers, advertising, production and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and members of the same household of each are not eligible.
