Salmon glazed with honey and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 c rosemary (of fresh - less dry)
  • salmon filets
  • salt/pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Put honey into small pot and cook over medium heat until slightly thinned and just hot - about 3minutes

Add remaining ingred. Remove from heat and infuse for 15minutes

Pour honey through sieve - and let cool
