Rice Pudding

Recipe from Betty Crocker cook book

Yield: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 c uncooked instant rice
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 3 or 4 T sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 c raisins - or more, as desired

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cream.
