Moma’s Salmon Loaf
My Mom makes this for us, it’s easy and a good way to get the kids to eat fish.
Yield: Serves 8-10.
- 1 can salmon (14.75 ounces), drained and deboned
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 5 pieces of bread, make crumbs
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
InstructionsPreheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in ungreased dark glass or metal loaf pan for 1 hour.
