This amount of dressing makes enough for a salad that will serve ten to fifteen people. If you are making salad for four people, put a cupful of the dressing (minus the lemon juice) in a jar and add only one tablespoon lemon juice right before serving.
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup sunflower oil (or Puritan Oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon each of oregano, sweet basil, and crushed mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion (more or less depending on personal preference)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
