Creamy Hot Cocoa
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
InstructionsFLAVORED VARIATIONS: Add 2 teaspoons of one of these
ingredients to the above mix: Ground cinnamon or Ground
cloves or Ground allspice
Combine ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight
container.no need to refrigerate.
To make the hot cocoa, whisk in 2 tablespoons of mixture
into 1 cup mug of COLD milk (for easier solubility). Mix well.
Microwave mug of milk/chocolate mixture for 1 minute. Add
mini marshmallows if you'd like.
