Food Apple and Celery Mold Yankee Magazine • October 16, 2007 • Add Comment 0.00 avg. rating (0% score) - 0 votes Apple and Celery Mold Ingredients 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 cup cold water 1-1/2 cups boiling water 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 3 tart apples, diced 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup pecan meats Instructions Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes and dissolve in boiling water. Add the lemon juice and sugar. When mixture begins to set, add the apples, celery and broken nut meats. Turn into a mold and chill.
