2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
6–8 scallions, roots trimmed and roughly chopped
3–5 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼–1 teaspoon hot sauce
Thinly sliced scallions and chili oil, for garnish (optional)
In a food processor, pulse the cream cheese and chopped scallions until blended. Add 3 tablespoons milk, the Worcestershire sauce, and your desired amount of hot sauce. If the dip is too thick, add up to 2 more tablespoons milk. Blend until smooth. Top with sliced scallions and chili oil, if desired. Serve with potato chips.
