A sweet graham-cracker cookie crust is topped with creamy pumpkin filling, then a layer of oat-y crumb topping flavored with cinnamon and pecan. Topped with fresh whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, these pumpkin streusel bars are a tasty new way to get your pumpkin fix.
