Yogurt Coconut Smoothie

1 Serving

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 cup whole yogurt (or kefir)
2 tbsp maple syrup or pinch of stevia powder
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions

Place berries in a food processor and process to a puree. Add yogurt or kefir, maple syrup, and egg yolks and process until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add the coconut oil.
