2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (16-ounce) package sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup coffee liqueur or milk
1 (7-ounce) package lady fingers
2 4-ounce bars bittersweet chocolate, grated
Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and
vanilla until smooth. In a small bowl combine coffee
and coffee liqueur or milk.
In a large bowl layer half of lady fingers, half of
coffee mixture, half or cream cheese mixture and half
of chocolate. Repeat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours
before serving.
