2 pounds ground chuck or ground round
2 large onions, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon cumin
Tapatio hot sauce, to taste

Instructions:
1. Fry meat with onion, bell pepper and garlic. Drain grease, and then stir in chili powder, pepper, salt, cumin and Tapatio.
2. On plate, arrange a bed of lettuce. Layer Fritos, meat, salsa , cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, and green onions.
