Replenish every 7 to 10 days
Stir in equal amounts of water and flour

2 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp active dry yeast
2 cups warm water (110 deg)
1/2 tsp salt
Combine and place in ceramic container or plastic with spout
Stir with WOODEN spoon
Don’t worry about lumps – as they will dissolve

Place in warm location
