Five Cup Ambrosia Salad

Made with sour cream, marshmallows, pineapple, coconut, and mandarin oranges, this easy ambrosia recipe is the perfect sweet summer salad.

Love ambrosia salad? You can vary this easy ambrosia recipe by using other fruits by the cupful as well — apple wedges, banana slices, grapes, or what’s in season. Easily doubles or triples for a party.

Ingredients

1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup drained mandarin oranges
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Mix all ambrosia recipe ingredients together in large bowl and let stand overnight. Serve chilled.

  1. I like this simple recipe and have on occasion switched plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream. Nice for a big picnic pot luck but too much for just two people!
