1 pound salmon fillet
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup Dijon mustard*
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Place salmon fillet on oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together honey, mustard, lemon, mustard powder and garlic. Pour half over the salmon and roast at 425 degrees for 15 min. With remaining sauce, chop up fresh dill and mix in. Serve with roasted salmon.
