A good dish for a cold day. Takes very little time. Serve with grated sharp cheddar cheese and crackers.
1 pound ground meat beef, or ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Frank’ Red Hot Chili sauce (may use less, we like ours rather hot)
1 large can pinto beans
Brown meat, drain if necessary.
Add remaining ingredients, cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve.
