1-1/2 cups sifted flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
Combine dry streusel ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and juice, then dry ingredients and nuts. Pour into greased 9×9-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
