Pineapple Delight Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup brown sugar
20 oz. Can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
1 large tub Cool Whip
Bake cake in 9×13 pan according to package directions. About 10 minutes
Before cake is done put brown sugar and crushed pineapple (including juice)
in
Saucepan; bring to boil. When cake is done take out and make holes with a
fork
Over top of cake and pour hot mixture over cake. Let cool. Beat pudding
According to box directions and pour over pineapple mixture. Let set about
15
Minutes. Spread Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle coconut and walnuts over
Top of Cool Whip.
