1/2 apple
1/2 pear
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dates
1-2 ripe bananas for sauce
Soak 1/4 cup organic raisins in distilled water over night. Drain and save soaking water. Slice or dice fruit. Make the following sauce to pour over fruit: In a food processor or blender, place one or two ripe, peeled bananas, raisins and dates with as much of the raisin water as required to blend to a creamy consistency. Add a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, if desired.
NOTE: For variation, use nectarine and peaches instead of apple and pear.
